First time visiting with an 18 month old and a 3 year old. Both had a great time and the facilities are great. Clean and has everything you might need. Sarah was great with the kids, interactive and I could see my youngest grow in confidence within just 30 mins. The rest of the team were great and helpful too. Looking forward to our next lesson. My daughter Mia was so nervous about being in the water after going to another swimming school that were incompetent and after a few weeks at Sarah Bates school of swimming the difference is incredible and she is now swimming without her armbands, something we thought would never happen. I can’t recommend this swim school highly enough, the care and attention they give to the children and the level of teaching is so fantastic it was by far worth the wait. Don’t waste your money elsewhere as I did! Thank you SBOS, you have made me one proud mummy 😊

Absolutely amazing. 5 stars isn't enough for this swim school. Every single one of the staff are so warming and welcoming. They've brought my daughters confidence right up. Each week there's more and more improvement. The cafe is an amazing addition. Who doesn't love cake and a coffee child free?! I wish everyones child could come here to swim. You'll never be disappointed!

We used to love this place, but we missed a term payment (accidently, we've been going for 3+ years!) And were told we had 24 hours to pay it or be banned as they have plenty of people on the wait list to have our place. I was away with work at the time so couldn't pay that week. This frankly appalling attitude by the admin has obviously soured our whole experience of the place all our kids used to love going to and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone now
