Absolutely disgusting service. I booked a 2pm appointment, arrived 10 minutes early and was advised to wait in a waiting room. I was still sat there 40 minutes later. Another client then arrived. Waiting 2 minutes and then was invited in before me! Not even an acknowledgment from Sara the solicitor. Bearing in mind I am a previous client. Well was! Iwould never use again. What's more I could hear Sara's telephone conversations about other clients personal business. Outrageous.
