Great service. Sent off my first attempt at a tapestry and it has been transformed into a wonderful cushion - many thanks! Will be sending my next tapestry soon . . . Edit 2023 - finally got around to sending off tapestry #2 and it's been turned into another fab cushion. I don't know how they do it but the fairly scraggy bit of tapestry I send off manages to get turned into something that looks like it came from a high-end shop! Haven't started tapestry #3 yet . . . . but watch this space!

Attempted to use this lady for altering my wedding dress, we had our own hoop but it pushed my dress out too much and she stood at the back of the room and told me that my dress didn't need any alterations at all. We asked her to look at the hoop to which she said that couldn't be altered either. She stood there shrugging her shoulders and we said we felt we had wasted her time to which she responded "Well, yes you have actually" and we left her property. I felt she was extremely rude, and completely uninterested in helping us. We ended up taking the dress elsewhere where the company instantly altered the hoop and dress for us and we felt they knew far more than this lady. I'm glad I didn't trust her to alter the most important dress of my life.
