    First room was infested with ants. Second room had the smell of mold and what looked like mold in corner. Shower didn't drain. Everything was rusted over which meant there was an appalling smell and horrid amount of gnats. Shower pressure was a joke. Shower went from hot to cold constantly. "Staff" for this hotel is actually 7 houses over so you have to leave your hotel completely when you need something. Oh and if you shower with the door open the smoke alarm will go off. Beds are small and hard as a rock. Oh did I mention the spiders crawling on the headboard??? Worst experience ever

    I was booked into this hotel for work purposes. Check in was as everyone describes at the pearl Hotel, several doors down. I was given room 67 in the sapphire. Its a very small single room and no wardrobe for clothes just 4 hooks on the wall. (I was there for 4 nights so had a few changes). The window was broken and a bad fit in the frame and the noise from the very busy road (a lot of sirens all night) was no different than the window being open. They were unable to do anything to move me for 2 nights. On the 3rd night I was moved to room 63 which is the garden room at the sapphire. This is a small double room. Again no wardrobe, just hooks on the wall. There are French doors leading to outside and the doors were unlocked. There was no key. The hotel manager did not see this as a problem. He said its a walled garden and safe. It was dark and I could not see what was outside so very unerving. I'm in the heart of London (a female on my own) and a door that does not lock. I think it's a problem. 3 nights of no sleep. I didn't stay the 4th night.

    Stay away! Avoid this hotel! Even for free none deserve this service! First of all, room is freezing cold. Temperature outside is -4 and hotel management didn’t turn on the heater!!! I couldn’t sleep all the night. Trying to contact with reception but none answered to phone and mail. Room wasnt same on pictures! wasn’t cleaned well, smells cigarette. The Bed isn’t comfortable and is very very old. I collapsed into the bed. I wanted to have tea to get some warm but inside of kettle was rusty!!! I couldn’t cancel my booking because my cousin booked non refundable by mistake. And hotel managers doesn’t wanted to cancel because of the money off course!!!!

    I literally never write reviews but my god they have terrible customer service. I called to make a reservation and asked about their policy on putting someone else’s name on the room. The guy paid no attention to my questions and repeated himself aswell as started getting rude & frustrated. All now, I still have no answer to my questions but after reading the review I think I dodged a bullet. Why would you give your money to fund rude employees? How would the service be if we had stayed. Personally, I’d avoid this place

J’ai fais beaucoup d’hôtel (plus ou moins luxueux) et c’est clairement le pire que j’ai visité. À côté, les hôtels de type F1 low budget sont mieux . Ps : vous réservez pour le saphire hôtel mais ils vous envois dans un autre à quelques mètres . Un vrai attrape pigeon
