    Unscrupulous !…….Beware!….. I had a confirmed booking with this property, then more than two months after booking a big event is announced in Liverpool and my room is suddenly unavailable. I should be grateful though as they will waive the cancellation fee. If you book a stay here you need to pray there are no gigs or events announced afterwards as your confirmation means nothing
