Paid Colin jnr £200 to commission my sewage treatment tank. Then £200 the next year to inspect it. Colin said it was set up wrong and changed the settings. It had been fine from my POV, but what do I know. Started to smell so had it emptied a few months later, assumed it had just been full after 18 months use. Found a cheaper servicer so cancelled the contract with Colin in good time so as not to mess him about. At the next service I was told that the system had been set up all wrong and was about to overflow and needed emptying again asap (£200, from another company) and was so full as to prevent all the dials (or whatever) from being read so a return visit required. I looked inside and indeed it is a mess. Colin said that he had no responsibility for this as I had said I no longer wanted him to service it. In my view I have paid him £200 to break my tank and now I have to pay £200 to get it emptied again, and more to get it back om working order. I would have been better off not having him service it at all. He refused to refund my servicing fee, fix the problem in any timely manner and and is defensive in response. I wish I hadn't used this company.

The Sapphire Environmental Engineer travelled some considerable distance to investigate a suspected fault on our sewage treatment plant and within an hour had adjusted the air flow and pressure to ensure adequate aeration and identified a mechanical adjustment required when next drained down. The sewage treatment plant was functioning well within 24 hours and all previous unpleasant odours had gone. Thank you Sapphire Environmental.
