What a fantastic experience. Maddie on reception was so helpful and arranged for my husband to get an emergency appointment for a broken crown, she is a great asset for the patients. Her attitude and understanding of patients demands were handled very professionally. Dr Yasser sorted without a replacement crown without difficulty and a very professional result. Shall definitely consider changing from our current BUPA practice as they were very unhelpful. Thank you for your help and support. Definitely recommend.

I am an extremely nervous person when it comes to the dentist. They were so kind and gentle, and may I say, tolerant with me! The team at Sapphire Dental in Camberley are amazing. I cannot praise them enough. Both my husband and I were seen last week by Anna Saddleton who has a fantastic calm and caring manner and she has been incredible organising a referral for my husband keeping him fully updated and informed with the process. A true professional! Great level of service also from Bina on Reception and Pratima the dental nurse, both of whom are really friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone wanting a great dental practice.

I cannot stress enough how helpful and compassionate this practice is. After calling for an emergency appointment I was made to feel like the only one that mattered. The receptionist Bina was fantastic and was able to help me get an appointment luckily within 10 minutes. After being greeted like I had been a member of the practice for years. I was seen by Laura, who again made time to explain and help me with my issue. I'm pleased to say I have a new dentist. Clearly the culture of this practice is customer focused and it shows.
