I don't like to give negative reviews but I think this young company is struggling to manage its staffing. They appear to be doing all the right things (Ltd Company, VAT registration, DBS checks) but this isn't followed through to the communication and cleaning. It started off ok but in five months we have had numerous changes to day, time and cleaning staff. Sometimes I didn't get a clean due to sickness or staff leaving mid clean and another time a longer clean promised by management wasn't communicated to the cleaners. I originally thought I would be charged per hour but was later informed that there was a minimum charge for three hours so I then specified that I always wanted to receive three hours cleaning as in a large house there was always somewhere that needed either a regular or deep clean. However I wasn't in for the last clean and the cleaners left after two hours as verified by my alarm system. The standard of cleaning also wasn't as good as usual and they had ignored some of the instructions I left on a note. We have parted company as I have lost trust in them. I wish them well for the future but they really need to get their act together and up their game.

I used Sapphire for an end of tenancy clean and also for some carpet cleaning at another property. I was extremely pleased with the level and quality of service for both properties. Super helpful and responsive with excellent results and all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended and I will be asking them again when the next clean is required.
