Make sure you pick bike in good working order. Tyres inflated etc... bikes are very heavy ti be honest. Bikes are also not always available or vice versa you might find all stands full to drop the bike. However very handy when commuting cross London but also very dangerous as used mainly by tourist from overseas where you might drive on the side and not all riders have a clue how to commute in busy and narrow London streets. I would also highly recommend wearing helmets
