    Always taken well care of by Rosie at reception. Daniel for hair and Dora (2022: now left) . Knowledgeable and professional and friendly. A lovely salon with great service. They also have a nail technician although I've not used them 2022 edit; And also a beautician who does waxing! Sophia is a lovely assistant too

    I visited the St Albans branch on the 6th of September and had a hair cut and style with Sarah. She is a lovely lady and I feel bad writing this but she butchered my hair. I went in with super long hair and showed her exactly how much to take off (approx. 6 cm), however she took off double that. My hair was all one length so I asked her to give me some long layers and she just gave me an terribly uneven layering in the front and a crooked straight cut at the back. She then proceeded to curl my hair, even though I had asked for it straight, and this managed to disguise the terrible haircut. I know it's only hair but it took me a long time to get my hair to the length it was and now I'm out of pocket having to go elsewhere and get it cut even shorter to fix it. I wish I read the last review before I went there as the exact same thing happened to me. Service: Hairstyling
