DON'T BOOK HERE! Especially through Virgin, which won't give refunds. Booked for March and were told they'd lost staff, meaning we couldn't get our massage at the same time. Booked for May, and they didn't tell us the spa was closed on the day we had a booking - we only found out when we called to book. Furious and disappointed. Will be seeking reimbursement.

I usually refrain from adding negative reviews, as I respect all people who earn their living by providing all kinds of services for people. This time I have been pushed to do so. We were set to have our relaxing day with an afternoon tea and spa on a Saturday at the end of April. We had booked the day in February, but they called us to inform us there was an issue with someone who had basically screwed up the bookings, and we had to reschedule. No big deal, we understood and bid farewell to the apologetic young lady at the other end of the phone. Finally the long-awaited April date came, and the Friday before we decided to give them a call to ask for confirmation on the time we should show up. No answer the first 10 calls. When they did finally pick up, someone from another business (apparently, although they might have lied) told us that the place had to close because of an "illness". They never contacted us, and no one from the "business" was available to explain what's happened. We are quite literally being laughed at. FRAUDOLENT BUSINESS. 0/10

Do not go there! Worst experience ever. I had booked it through Virgin Experience as a gift. I had to call so many times to book, ended up talking to someone very rude who literally hung up on me when I told her I just need a few second to think about the date. I asked for a confirmation email and never received one. When I showed up for my appointment I was told that the SPA WAS CLOSED. I am very disappointed and mad when they could have called me or send an email. So unprofessional, I will never go there again.

We had a good moment at the spa, the massage was great. The pool was closed (apparently because of covid) but the sauna was open. However, the process to book was hectic. First of all, you have to call to book, there is no website. And you do not get any kind of confirmation email. That would be fine in itself but once I booked, the spa called me back four or five times to make changes to my booking (both date and time, no possibility to get the massage at the same time for me and my friend, no pool available on the day etc). Now maybe I just got a bit unlucky but it's a lot of changes to ask for.

We had booked a package and it included using the pool area for an hour. The massage was nice however the pool was ICE cold so unusable and just the dry steam room was open. They should have informed us the pool was not functioning as we would have changed dates or gone somewhere else as that is all part of the experience. Probably would not go back here.
