Had the soft shell crab roll and the crispy duck roll. This place is genuinely on par with one Michelin star places in NYC like Kanoyama in terms of quality. The server mentioned they’ve been criticized for their portion sizes. I will say that the size of the rolls is standard, but they are quite expensive for the amount of food you get. Still, solid five stars.

VERY good, authentic, sushi restaurant! I am such a “sushi snob” and this place is the real deal. Fair prices, clearly fresh fish, and amazing service. Quite small so book ahead if you’re going at a prime time. Highly recommend. (And for background, I am a 30+ New Yorker who has also had sushi in Japan).

Food was good but the portions are for pigeons. I ordered the rice with pork and ginger, the bowl was not even half full, and there were only a handful of thinly sliced pork. It felt like I was dining in a war zone and everyone had to ration for food! Went home still hungry!
