Very disappointing ! We had a very bad experience with Sanelo/Santa Fe ! The day of the moving, there was a problem : only one person instead of three was there, even though 3 people were assigned for the job ! My husband had to help the only person on-site to load the truck, so that it would leave on time, the day that was planned ! 2 days after ( day of the delivery ), one important box was missing ! No explanation was found for the lost box because it was a direct transportation with no transit ! In the end, the company would not accept our claim for the loss....We would definitely NOT recommend this company !

I contacted a few moving companies before deciding to go with Sanelo London. They responses throughout the process were timely (Anita gave me constant support and prompt answers to any doubts). The pick-up and drop-offs (I had two drop-off locations) were handled professionally (movers packed my stuff at the first locations, and unpacked them after the drop off).

Really great moving experience so far shipping my furniture from UK to HK with Sanelo. The whole process from video consultation, quote, arranging collection etc has been handled professionally and efficiently by everyone I've dealt with. Special shout out to Anita Bassi for providing excellent communication and care, and making what can be a stressful process feel easy!

AVOID. Chasing this company for information once they have your payment is a full time job. We are due a rather large refund due to using less container space. I was told we would be refunded once our belongings arrived. They arrived in the UK in July but were kept in storage. After some more chasing and waiting for a response I was finally told that I would get the refund when they are delivered to my house. Almost 3.5 weeks later, I’m still chasing with no answers of when I’ll get my money back. The accounts department are ignoring me completely. Our belongings shipped from LA to London in one piece but dealing with this company has been an awful experience. I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere for a shipping company. There is one member of staff ‘Romina’ who has been helpful throughout but unfortunately she’s not in accounts.

AVOID this company at all costs!! They make promises they don’t keep, they were very disorganised with my move from Berlin to Melbourne and they refused to refund me the cost of my shipping when it turned out to be less then what they quoted!! They literally acknowledged that my shipment was less than quoted and then they ignored my requests for a refund!! This company is dishonest and they will rip you off!! They use other moving companies and then charge you on top of those costs. You’re better off going to other shipping company’s because Sanelo will use them anyway. They don’t have their own transport. Rachele and Anita were the representatives I dealt with a s they were both unprofessional and unhelpful. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with!! Responding to Sanelo…i already sent emails to the head office before I wrote this review and NO ONE responded. You guys want to ‘look like’ you’re doing something about a customer complaint, when you’re actually not doing anything!!

Now, I should honestly say I'm completely disappointed with the service provided by Santa Fe. I will most certainly never recommend Sanelo/Santa Fe to anyone. How is it possible that the contract promises to move our shipment in 8-10 weeks maximum but in the week 12 it is still in the country of origin? Just how and why? The service was absolutely far away from being professional when picking up our goods. There was no even space in a van for our shipment despite that we've paid for it and schedule everything months before the actual move.
