I'm appalled at how I've been treated in the last 6 months by the drs they have now. Non of them actually care or demonstrate any care or proffessialism at all. I've been rushed into hospital because of them. To now be suffering with same symptoms an being fobbed off like I'm mentally unstable, I was correct in challenging what medication they were giving me. To be told to trust them after my ordeal in hospital. I don't think so Think they studied from the same book as Dr Palmer an Dr shipman.

Worst surgery ive ever been to, impossible today to get a hold of an operator been calling since 8.30 till 13.25 and only actually got on the waiting list for an operator at 12.30 and still waiting to speak to someone its been an hour on the phone. The staff are rude and lazy, seriously considering moving surgery.

.Receptionists are lovely but the system is terrible. However there are some brilliant quite young doctors but I don't think they are there permanently. A few weeks ago My dad who is 80 had a phone app in TVat 9.40. He was in pain and passing blood. The doctor rang at 1.10 asked for a urine sample to dip for infection. I took it to the surgery but it was closed for training. Dropped it in the early the next day. Heard nothing all day. That evening rang 999 , he was extremely poorly. .

After changing surgeries to Brereton surgery thank goodness for Brereton. The staff there show common sense and sympathy to your pain and try and resolve it that day. Unlike sandy Lane where you cannot go in unless you have an appointment , most surgeries are now open as is Brereton surgery for you to go in and explain if you are having problem with cancelled medication as I did and never got a reason why they were cancelled. The staff are rude and its a shame for the small amount of good ones there that are left. I recommend moving its the best thing I did . Very sad they did not help me with the loss of both my parents very sad and uncaring receptionists indeed. There's one receptionists in question she's rude and no manners and nasty. If I could give it zero I would. My recommendation is to move to another practise. Dr staite would be horrified at the way its gone very uncaring indeed down right rude and not telling you the truth. A bit of care is all anyone needs not favourite to other patients were all important in this world, terrible surgery such a shame that Dr Staite and Dr Hoosen have left the surgery it has gone down hill, shame for the good ones there.

Probably one of the worst doctors surgery in the country, can never get through on the phone, if you do, appointments are done over the phone, as they still refuse to see people, they are getting paid for doing nothing basically, an uncaring surgery.
