Very long waiting times in A&E but I guess if you are in need of medical assistance then the wait will be worth it. Very knowledgeable doctors, nurses and consultants. My hats off to all the staff at the NHS for the amazing job they do.

The paramedics who took me in to this hospital were lovely people. The staff at the a and e department were kind and caring and took their job seriously by making sure I had the right tests done before sending me home. I didn't like the waiting time at a and e but it was worth the wait as I was given the right treatment there and the doctors and nurses were very kind. Thank you so much to the nurses and doctors who made sure you gave me the right tests done and the right treatment before sending me home. Now I got antibiotics hopefully I can start getting better again.

One of the worst service I have received in my life.I had maternity appointment in this hospital. Staff in this hospital not helpfull and polite to the patient. Especially when women is 37+ week pregnant. Its look like staff is undertrained. During the appointment and before making appointment they were informed, I need Maternity certificate. But nurse first refused to provide certificate, when consistly requested, She hand over the certificate after 4 hour wait although it is 5 minute job. She put me on wait for 4 hour. After that she bring the certificate it was incomplete. When told her there is no stamp on it they she put stamp on. The worst thing on the certificate she write down the baby expected date which is un readable and now certifcate is not acceptable. Any body please see the photo and let me what is the date mentioned on the certificate. To be honest...............

Utterly rude staff on the Lyndon House ward. Barking at a 16 year old patient for no reason, no reasoning with this member of staff. Did not even want to listen. Bedside manners don't cost a thing.

Never ever ever had a good experience here. Never. Brother got his nose bust at football, blood everywhere, bent nose, swollen eyes, bruised. He got sent home, no xray, no cleaning done😐😐😐😐😐😐 Where are taxes going. Where’s the NHS constitutional values gone. Will definitely be following this up, unacceptable. Update: he had an xray after 2 weeks of injury. He cracked and dented his skull, cracked his eye socket, deviated septum. They could not do anything about it as his referral was so late. He’s now left with a permanent dent. Thankfully he didn’t suffer any brain damage. Of course will be following up- prime example of neglect. If you want medical attention- avoid Sandwell Hospital: you’ll somehow end up dead.

The staff in triage A&E are rude and do not care about the patients needs. They talk down to you as if you are a peice of s*it on their shoes. They try to neglect the patients needs, and saying your not a priority even tho you have a severe thing going on. The rest of the A&E staff are amazing, I can't thank them enough. It's just the fact the triage staff have let their review off me down.

All the staff in the A&E department are all so miserable. None of them have a caring bone in there body, after waiting almost 5 hours for someone to see my 5 year old. Was about to leave and take my daughter to a different hospital and all they were bothered about was taking me down the safe guard route where a social worker knocks my door just because there staff couldn't be bothered . Sandwell hospital no care at all

Father in law currently on a ward after having two suspected strokes on 23/4. They did a ct scan and apparently found nothing, so apparently it's a mystery (their words) He has parkinsonism and is very disoriented and has high blood pressure. No attempt has been made to investigate further,he's been in over 24 yours with still no answers. With family who work in the medical field I know a mri is the logical next step but they seem either unable or unwilling to do this. This seems like they don't give a toss be sure he's an elderly man who doesn't matter int heir eyes. Disgusting and disgraceful behaviour by people who should know better.
