Appalling is the right word. Grandma has been admitted here again today, SDEC this time, and I’m afraid for her life AGAIN based on what happened the last time. She’s unlikely to make it this time based on her symptoms.. she had one of the worst traumatic experiences in her lifetime here at this hospital and I was there every day as a witness to the horrors of her mistreatment and mismanagement of her medication and dehumanisation.

I'm in middle here so putting 3 star when going different things time waiting for problem depends but if you like me and don't like hospitals full stop waiting can be nightmare. The only problem I had here was I didn't have babysitter for my 2nd child and my other child need to go thought to one bit when talking to staff I explain I couldn't get babysitter if I could I wouldn't of brought 2nd child with me they could make allowance or have staff member watch them on that day their was quite few staff out in area for good 40 mins just talking cause I try everything to get my son in and in that time they could of watch it wasn't like I was their on purpose I was trying to get my son seen to and I know not their job to but they heard the conversation and could wrapped around where I could gone straight in seen doctor straight away then back so could be in and out in 10 so that's only problem I understand covid etc but they could try a bit for those who really can't help not getting babysitter or something

Daughter told she can't get a x-ray at the urgent treatment centre after also not being able to get a doctor's appointment for 5 weeks where he could refer her for a x-ray. So how you supposed to get a x-ray. Anybody know

Terrible hospital. Was told upon arrival via ambulance that our wait would be no longer than an hour and that a suitable nurse/doctor was available immediately. Patients have been literally screaming “help me” “i need water” “please”, and have been walked past by staff and ignored. Some staff are very rude and are no help at all. The first bunch of staff we dealt with upon arrival were lovely, but sadly cannot say the same for the rest. Highly recommend using other local hospitals rather than this one.

It's like a 3rd world country, there is NO COVID19. The staff are so relaxed they are not bothered and they want a pay rise 🤨

if I could give a -10 grade, waiting for an emergency over 10 hours, additionally the doctor rolling her eyes and shrugging her shoulders at my condition would be a failure
