Sham answered all questions through WhatsApp almost immediately and was extremely helpful and friendly. This gave us the confidence we needed in the company to place a deposit on a car. They allowed us all the time we needed to view the car with no pressure and were always on hand if we had any questions. Sham not only gave us 5 days worth of complimentary insurance to drive the car home, but he also provided us with a free tyre pressure kit. All I can say is I will never search for another car dealer. Sham was great from minute 1, we had several WhatsApp chats and arrange to come and collect the car with all taken care of, finance and part exchange. Sham is a true gentleman, always happy to talk and never pushed at any point. I finally drove my new mini clubman home and couldn't be happier. Even when we found an issue with the wheels, which was impossible to know before hand, Sham has gone above and beyond to try and help me.

Tl;dr - Honest, authentic staff. Great value cars, and an engaging service from start to finish. Best car buying purchase experience I've ever had! This is the 7th second hand car I've bought in 8 years, and my #1 experience to date. From being able to WhatsApp Sham with a question and get a picture response shortly after, to using PayPal to reserve my car before visiting for a test drive, I've been blown away at how effective the process has been. Sandwell is run by a small and engaging team who genuinely care about cars & driving. Their authenticity shines through in their excellent range of great spec and high quality cars, and the way in which they talk about their business approaches, and their values. Even though I found my car on AutoTrader at a 'great price', I finished my purchase feeling like I got a truly great deal. I was well communicated with and engaged about the process at every stage of my purchase, and I was incredibly impressed at the integrity of the team going through the updates of the couple of minor issues I was pedantic about getting sorted after the initial viewing (couple of minor scratches, nothing out of the ordinary for the age/mileage of car I purchased). Sandwell will absolutely be my next go-to place to purchase my next second-hand car, and I'm positive that Sham and the team would be able to source me what I'm looking for if it wasn't on the forecourt at that time. The fact Sham and the team have so much knowledge about so many cars (that I was able to cross-reference against my own knowledge) gave me huge confidence in the quality of the cars on sale. My review will undoubtedly be the same as all those before. I decided to pop by after speaking to Sham for a few days on a BMW I was interested in. Dealing with a company over Whatsapp is amazing, and any questions I had were answered quickly and precisely. I turned up on a Saturday morning, and each employee I spoke to made me feel welcome. They're down to earth, understand peoples concerns, and quite literally went above and beyond to get me in my new car that day. Which they did! Sham has been nothing but amazing from start to finish, and in 4-5 years when it comes time for me wanting a new vehicle, I will check out Sandwell before Autotrader as I KNOW the customer service received is second to none. Being an anxious person I find certain situations more stressful than others but both Sham and Alex made me feel so welcomed they were both extremely friendly and were able to answer all my questions and made me feel totally at ease throughout my appointment. The whole process was smooth and efficient I was able to test drive the vehicle I had come to see, have an inspection/evaluation of my own vehicle for part exchange , finalise the sale of the new vehicle and take home the new car all within an afternoons appointment. I would 100% recommend these guys if you are interested in upgrading your car and wish to do so in a welcoming, friendly and relaxed environment!
