Got sound but no picture. Helpful staff lugged my big old (very heavy!) set out of the car just before closing. Phone call next morning all done! Lugged it back in car again for me and I'm a very happy bunny. Best picure its ever been! Very reasonable price too. Highly recommended

Recently had a backlight issue on our old LG. Wanted to repair as it’s an excellent television and trying to recycle/repair things as often as we can. Emailed Sands, got a collection booked in. Phone call the day after to discuss issue and get a quote. Parts ordered, television repaired and returned back to us (cost of collection/delivery £30 but taken off bill if repair booked in - excellent if you’ve got a big/thin television you don’t want to risk transporting yourself!) the following week. Customer service and delivery driver polite and friendly. Television is fixed - good as new - and for a fraction of the price of a new one! Would highly recommend.

Disgusting sent my tv for repair came back four days later the engineer plug tv in with which was a cackling noise however it was left on for about 10min so then i turned it off. How ever went to bed turned on and it started to crackle again and tv was near to blowing up so turned it off rang sands tv man came to say tv was working when he. Left .what i am getting at is when he first plugin tv and it crackled he should have known that something was wrong .i am 73 years old and have elzimers .disgracefull .cost me £120 to have the tv repaired .

Exceptional service. I live in Rackheath.. Collection fixing issue and delivered back.. 👍👍👍Would not hesitate to recommend. Always go locally for 5 star service..
