Just piicked dogs up after a 2 week stay and omg, they stink, matted eyes and weeping sores in one of their ears, ones lost his voice, and all this for nearly £500. STAY AWAY

This kennels seems to have gone massively downhill! We used to take our dog here but won't be anymore after her most recent stay. When collecting her, she and all her bedding stank of urine, all of which had to be thrown out. Very disappointed and deeply concerning, as you would like to think that they make sure that the kennel remains clean and allow the dog out of the kennel often enough that this would not be a problem!
