It's a great service, with friendly, helpful staff, polite customers and mostly comfortable buses (if you avoid the seats that have no leg room). It's much cheaper than parking in the city, and great to fly up the bus lane, past all the cars stuck in traffic at the Army and Navy roundabout.

If a bus is running late and the queue is out the door they will not allow the bus to fill before sending it on its way. The emphasis appears to be on moving buses rather than people. A confusing business model.

Frequent service with comfortable busses (and polite users). Unfortunate that one-way tickets cannot be purchased.
