Paul was extremely knowledgeable and we managed to secure a fantastic deal on our dream car that we thought we would never be able to afford. All the staff we came in contact with are friendly and all showed an interest in our new purchase and were genuinely excited for us. Paul stayed firmly in contact with us and guided us though each move in a calming and professional way and the purchase was a very pleasant experience.     Took my Ford kuga in for a service, I had some change in the car as so many do. Come out with no money. We also took are “new” van in for its 1st MOT as we drove in the van had no faults it come out with a broken windscreen as they changed the wipers and now the van is loosing power like a turbo issue or sensor And about the windscreen they said we need to go though “are”insurance to replace the windscreen?? What! No you broke it you fix it. But they won’t have it Most Ford garages, we have been to offer great service and respect to the customer. Not this one. STAY AWAY!!

    Wow for a water pump and cambelt change they quoted me £945, they really know how to rip off there customers, stay away guys, I know times are hard but £945 for a 2010 Ford focus is really taking the biscuit. There motto is TrustFord, lol.
