This is an update of a previous review, Had car new less than two weeks. Drivers window will not close, informed them. Booked me in to fix fault. Arrived 07.45 on time . Stood in que fur 15 mins. While waiting asked are you taking a curtacy car. Answer yes. Q2 do you heed to transfer anything A.2 yes my dog and cage. Stood waiting. Spoke to a person at the desk. To be told I can't take my dog in the car. And there's an additional charge of £20 for insurance. Never told anything before arriving. So told them it's there responsibility if I can't close the window and the car is stolen is now there issue and walked out in dusgust. If they bother contacting me . They can pick the car up and sort it. Lack of info and lack of understanding is my main issue. This is my second problem. When I was looking for my new car, one of there managers told me to leave the building as they don't do disability cars at this branch. I felt very embarrassed and left the showroom. Seems there having issues communicating to there staff as well as to customers. Really not happy.

Gave our van to determine what the fault is, got a call back 2 days later confirming what the problem was. Asked them to go ahead with the work & have been waiting ever since. Now when I call I'm told it 'may not be what has been diagnosed but actually a different fault' however its not been back in to the workshop to confirm what the fault is. Been waiting for a month for a diagnosis!
