Best place for customer service. From the first visit absolutely brilliant. Visited a few times before deciding on which carpet to have. The lady and gentleman was very helpfull answered all my questions thoroughly. Fitting times were arranged to my convenience. The fitters were perfect. DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE Used for over 30 years then when there is a problem with a fitter putting a nail through a water pipe they are rude and abusive. Customer service is NIL if there is a problem. If it was possible to give minus stars I would. Disgraceful attitude - no help at all only arrogance
