Do not use this company. Ordered a jacket for my daughter for Xmas over a week ago , stated it would be next day delivery. Heard nothing for over a week. I sent four emails , no response . Rang up but the person who answered said she worked in accounts and couldn’t help and I would get a response by email that day which I didn’t. Rang again twice no answer. Rang again yesterday, the person couldn’t help as was on the shop floor. Finally got an email response yesterday saying the item was out of stock and I would be refunded. Shocking and Poor poor customer service !

As a first time customer, I couldn’t be more disgusted with the duplicitous, unprofessional manner in which these guys conduct their business. Having responded to a Google Shopping advert offering Loake Bedale boots at £121.00, ordering a size 10, paying in full, and receiving an order confirmation, Sanderson’s were pretty high in my estimations. Subsequently, I received a very politely worded email, apologising for any confusion, but the boots were in fact not in stock. An innocent mistake one might assume? However, upon checking, the boots - same boots, same colour, same style, same size - remained on sale, but at £290.00? Upon clarifying this, another polite email was forthcoming, apologising yet again for another mistake, and now completely removing the boots from sale. I was thanked kindly for pointing out the (second, consecutive, almost implausibly coincidental) mistake. Feeling the good people at Sandersons may be taking the p*ss a little now, I requested the contact details of a manager (twice) although none have been forthcoming. With no sign yet of a refund, despite being assured one was being processed, I can only suggest that if you’re looking for somewhere to store a few hundred quid for a few days, whilst wasting hours of your time emailing a disingenuous customer services department, they’re absolutely top drawer… but if you want to buy things, as advertised, I can only suggest you go elsewhere. Screenshots below - a whopping £169 increase in 24 hours, and after several pairs had no doubt been purchased too!
