Really disappointed with Simon Heather, spoke to him and based on our short conversation I appointed him (for a bank valuation) I put my trust in him to deliver a fair valuation report - what we have received is an extremely negative report with a shockingly low valuation / even though my business has trebled its turnover in the past 4 years and profits have increased nearly 10 fold Simon has valued it less than the valuer did over 4 years ago, I obviously chose the wrong valuer and will have find another one who will give us a more sensible & fair valuation report, so to be clear I would not recommend Simon Heather to anyone who wanted to obtain a fair business appraisal
