I had a bad experience with an agent, I believe he purposely withheld information and ignored our calls/email to ensure we did not get the property. He also provided false information. It is a shame in 2023, it is not a level playing field.

I WAS IN SEARCH FOR PALLET OF CARDBOARD BOXES FOR THE DONATIONS TO GO TURKIYE DUE TO THE EARTHQUAKE I HAVE SPOKEN TO THEM KINDLY TO ASK IF THEIR CUSTOMER IS WILING TO ACCEPT A BUY IT NOW FOR A THE CARDBOARD BOXES FIRST I WAS TOLD NO MATTER THE CONDITION'S WE WORK ON OUR CUSTOMERS FAVOUR. :( LIKE I WAS ASKING THEM FOR FREE I JUST ASKED AS THE AUCTION DATE WAS VERY FAR FROM THE DAY OF NEED. I WAS ASKED TO SEND A EMAIL AND WAS PROMISED WILL BE DEALT WITH NO ANSWERS OR REPLIES WAS MADE. WE WHERE WILLING TO PAY FOR IT BUT AS IT WAS CHARITY WE COULDN'T AFFORD TO BY THEM FROM A COMPANY DIRECT. I MUST SAY IT WAS A VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE ... AS THE PERSON ON THE PHONE SHOWED HE DIDN'T LOOK LIKE HE CARED ABOUT ANYTHING MORE INTERESTED IN CUSTOMERS FAVOUR EVEN DOE I HAVE SPOKEN TO A DIFFERENT AUCTION AND THEY HAVE ACCEPTED AND MADE ME AN OFFER AND I BOUGHT THE PALLET OF BOOTS FOR TURKEY BEFORE THE AUCTION DATE.! VERY SAD AVOID AT ALL COST

Crazy company, they have a shop for rent in collier row near Romford, been empty for over a year ... for last 6 weeks i have been leaving msgs on agents direct line I am told dealing with it, never replies, never answers calls, incapable of sending details by email when you do get to speak with him and when you do speak with him is flipent and gives you distinct impression you have either woken him out of his sleep or does not want to provide details. Property not even listed on the company website, no wonder its still available a year later because getting details on the property is nearly impossible.
