Jaswinder and her team handled the sale of my Essex property while liaising with my Scottish solicitor for a purchase there. Communication was first class and actually a pleasure, albeit there were some stressful hours in the run up to completion with the need to transfer funds between solicitors as well as paying off mortgages and sorting out post-divorce division of spoils. Moving is stressful and Jaswinder took most of it away. Highly recommended.

Sanders Witherspoon deserve a gold medal for their performance when it comes to mortgages. Ms Lisa Bailey and Ms Jaswinder Veratch approach to our needs with very professional care. Due to an extremely short time period left by our mortgage lending bank they had to work under quite a pressure to finalise the sale on time. Just before our hopes were about to sink into the water they managed to get it all back on track and saved us from applying for new mortgage which would be offered on higher interest rates than what we were originally going to get.
