Recently bought a brand new JCW Mini Cooper, sale process was fine however once a problem arose it's the worst dealership in the UK, admin made the mistake and put the wrong address on the forms you send to DVLA so they sent my log book to the wrong address and when asked for them to sort out have been told a letter was sent to the DVLA no official forms a letter, so i can see the person opening that and saying not an official form not worth a like, waiting many weeks and still not sorted but phoned again to chase to be told by admin lady she's redone the letter and has sent it recorded this time and that i can track it this time, asked to speak to a manager which took an hour to respond but that's ok as he needs to be put in the picture, i told him i will park the car outside the showroom till this issue is resolved, his very rude response was we have tools to break in and move it. Avoid this dealership and the Sandals group there are many more better groups out there, the only positive note was the enjoyable experience when buying the car with Sarah apart from that nothing else positive to say i am afraid, my next stop is Mini UK when they reopen on Tuesday

Great service and communication from start to finish from Sarah Sirmond at Sandal Mini, we reserved this Mini Clubman while on holiday so relied on pictures and videos sent from Sarah. On viewing the car everything was as promised so went ahead and purchased. Would recommend Sarah and Sandal Mini for any new and used Mini.....cant thank you enough!!

Parking was an issue as the disabled parking spaces were cordoned off. Having left the car at the side of the spaces, leaving plenty of room for cars to get past, I was then challenged by a guy controlling the car park. I asked him where the disabled parking was. I was then challenged by him asking if I was disabled. Clearly the blue badge was insufficient. I went up to the desk to check in. I was then told to check in at the computer screen, which didn’t work for me and the previous person. No time given as to when the work will be completed, even though BMW/Mini themselves give an estimate. Was given a estimate of all day by the receptionist. This has just further enforced that the garages/dealerships don’t care about you after you have bought a car whether new or used. Deeply upsetting and only aggravated my illness further. Coffee isn’t great either.
