This use to be a very good service but now it is extremely unreliable and waste of time. All you get when you ring is a answer message asking you to leave a message or go to their WhatsApp to contact them….no one ever answer it took over a month for someone to get back to me…All their excuse is due to Covid staffs only go in once per week to pick up messages. If you have important things to do that require deadlines etc don’t bother you will be disappointed.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Sanctuary Law to anyone looking for experts in immigration. I had a spouse visa case that was slightly out of the ordinary in some aspects. Sanctuary Law sorted it for me from start to finish, letting me know exactly what was required of me, timelines, what was expected from my spouse and how to go about it getting it all done. Communication was always excellent although I found email to be more effective than phone. My case was successful without any need for appeal and I intend to use Sanctuary Law in the future for my visa extension.
