Absolutely amazing! I ordered the Belgian caramel matcha cookies and they looked incredible and tasted delicious. Delivery was speedy, Sam’s communication is great (I had a few questions regarding allegens) and he’s so friendly! Will be back to order more very soon😁

Sancha cookies are the best. I tried a black sesame and pink Himalayan sea salt one served with a cup of Yuzu tea (like a lemony marmalade, really fresh and flavoursome) and they were both so delicious. I will be ordering one of the selection boxes as a gift from the website soon!

We have used the online ordering and found everything to be perfect - the cookies arrived packed with care and with a beautiful postcard, as well as information about the cafe. The cookies themselves were delightful - Japanese flavours work so well with baked goods and we tried a selection - our favourites are the black sesame and pink Himalayan salt, and the matcha and white chocolate. We will definitely be ordering again!
