Paid online £43 driver asked for cash, rang san kebab was told didn't pay even tho had receipt and bank statement to prove! Was on hold for 10 mins to then be told it's only just gone through?! We then said we want refund and not food but was told they've already made food so will come back? Then my male partner came on the phone and straight away refund was said to be given within 48 hours? Really disappointed
