My wife bought several baking trays, many of which were delivered with marks where the coating was missing. Samuel Groves made it extremely difficult to contact them about a return and when she managed to speak with them, they insisted the marks were "normal racking marks". After much chasing, they did pay the refund, but minus the postage costs. They may sell some decent stuff, but this behaviour really makes me wonder whether their lifetime guarantees are worth anything - the customer service is really lacking. Given the price, you'd expect an excellent quality product which wasn't what we got.

Bought a Wok and I'm really pleased with it. Good size, heavy, feels high quality. We love cooking with it. Packaged really well including a hessian sack I now use for veg, would make a nice gift. Quick dispatch, I'd use them again for cookware.
