Very rude and unprofessional staff, nobody really listens to what you have to say and they keep talking and threatening about how they are going to keep the holding deposit and not return if anything happens. Its like they don’t want your to rent with them and the company only thrives on the holding fee taken from people which they wont return and would give any damn reason for it. Its a trap ! They are a bunch of greedy people behind your hard earned money. They won’t help you, never pick up calls, never respond to the emails. They just want your money. I can relate to other reviews in this section. Stay away from this agency!

Worst company to deal with in regards to rental properties, can never talk to anyone on the phone and they do not send out reminders for tenancy agreements! Which means you get no legal rights of more than 30 days notice of price increase or evict

Worst estate agents I have ever come across with 20 years of dealing with rental properties as a tennant. They don’t respond to emergencies in out of hours. Don’t repair leaks with bad customer service. Stay well clear of this terrible company.

I want to use this medium to appreciate SamuelandCo. I was disappointed by a particular agency I don't want to mention its name, that was after 3-4 weeks of wasting my efforts and precious time. I explained to Mansi Famuti my challenges and to be fair, she swung into action by talking to her colleagues Aleem and Anna. She even went to the extent of comforting me, as a result of the bad experience I had with my former Landlord and the agent that wasted my time. Mansi gave me the courage to speak up for myself when no one was there to even help out. Not only that, the team (Anna, Aleem and Mansi) helped me to work very fast on my documentation and securing a new rent I showed interest in. My booking to view the rent was for 1:00pm, I got there by 11:45am and Mansi took her time again to speak with her colleagues on my behalf. I checked the apartment and it was dirty on the day I viewed it, I was even beginning to change my mind because of the state I met the rental space, but to my surprise, the apartment has been cleaned up, I think re-painted self and some little repairs done. All these was done within 2 weeks. And to sum it up, I liked the fact that they all (Anna, Aleem and Mansi Famuti) kept their words and consistency, they were compassionate about my experiences and sorted my headaches out without even knowing it. May God bless you guys. I took my time to write all these because I observed the reviews I am seeing is quite different from what I experienced with them. Perhaps, things have changed. Please!!! Keep the good work going, don't give up on good deeds. 💪 THANK YOU SO MUCH! 👍

Best Agency and staff members. I did experience minor issues but these were sorted no problem. They can take a while but like anything else, you have to have patience and respect for one another, and every thing always works out in your favour at the end of the day. Everyone is trying their level best in every walks of life to work hard and do their jobs the best they can, which this agency has done with me and family throughout.
