The place is lovely but the staff are always talking amongst themselves and you have to but into their conversations as they will just keep talking otherwise. You also need to do everything in advance. I wanted a screen protector replacement but they don't do walk ins and I wanted to buy a case but if I want to use my student deal I need to order it into the store and pick it up the next day.

Beautiful store, every Samsung device is on show and is accessible for you to touch and play around with. Very friendly staff who are more than happy to demonstrate the products. Currently they have a F1 simulator that’s available for those petrol heads.
