" I'd like to make a complain about the service provided on Last Friday at Samsung Kiosk at Westfield Shopping mall in London. I went to buy the new Samsung Ultra 1 T and initially received great service and assistance from one French-speaking staff however as my phone was low in battery and I'd need to have it fully charged to transfer all data to the new device, I went to have dinner to allow it time for charging and when I returned to the Samsung Shop and tried to find the same staff, found out he had left. His colleague named Danielle took it over and "tried" to help me although his approach was more of one who does not want to make the deal, always answering in a rush "Sorry, this is what it is. There's nothing else we can do" for basically any questions I had. After a long wait standing, I was rejected to finance (and again he wants to see me off) and decided to buy the phone in one single payment, which was done quite quickly however the same Danielle, after seen the money had gone from my bank account, said their system clashed and they could not locate the successful transaction. We spent more than 2 hours there standing to get this sorted, so eventually the shop manager came and spoke with Samsung fellows over the phone until she finally agrees to had me he new phone. By then, you can imagine the frustration, tiredeness and careless service we were going through. Asked for a chair and they said "oh we stand all day long, sorry, there's no chair." and then after a long wait to have my new phone delivered to me, I said that I should at least get a free screen protector for the long wait when managet only replied with " Oh nothing we can do about it. It's just a clash on our system. It's nobody's fault.". I have to disagree as at that moment, I had no phone, no money in my account (as payment from my end was sucessful) and no certainty that this would be resolved anytime soon. I was very disappointed with the service provided and really felt somehow disrespected by the staff. Not to mentioned that I did a trade-in and got only £5 back for my previous device, which was still working fine, only with a few cracks."
