Little disappointing tbh, seemed a bit ott trying to get to sort something out, have to see someone when you walk in, then they direct you to another person to sort out your requirements, I had a £10 Samsung voucher which it turns out they don't take, was told it was for an online purchase only from 1 assistant & the was told by a second assistant that the Samsung store is a franchise, hence they don't take vouchers...I've no idea what that means...🤷♂️
