    I bought 2 mobile phone for my business ( £2400 ) and one of them came with a big scratch on the camera - Samsung S23+. It will take them now 10 days to have my return process then another 10 days to send a new device mobile phone. In total 20 days without a mobile phone. When you buy online you cannot return an item even in their official Samsung stores. Worst customer experience ever.

    I went to samsung at harrods to get my s8 tab. I went there and met SUSU. She told me the price of the WIFI only tab was 749 and that the keyboard (she showed me a displayed of it with TRACKPAD) and said the price was 139. I went and was about to pay yet last minute SUSU said price was 999. I still bought it coz its my first samsung purchase so i didnt know much knowledge on anything. I open the box at home and SUSU gave me the tab with SIM AND WIFI and thats why i had to pay 250 extra. Further, the keyboard was with NO TRACKPAD (different to what she showed me earlier). This just happened today so pls harrods samsung, get someone who knows the products deeper. All aside the tab is great but i honestly could’ve easily saved said 250 pounds if it wasnt for susu.
