my suitcase wheel broke so took it into the shop expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised. He managed to replace all the wheels free of charge. Very good customer service. Saved me as I had to travel the next day. Highly recommend.

Upon suggestion of a friend, I visited the store yesterday for a last minute purchase that saved my trip to Japan as I did not receive my suitcase on time. Hannan was amazing and super helpful, she is a friend of a friend, and although she did not know me before, she's treated me like a VIP! Products are good but the customer service in the Westfield shop is just terrible. I needed to buy a new suitcase. Ended up spending 15 minutes in the store looking at different models and no one came to offer any help. When I went up to one salesperson he was bust clearing up his counter and had no intention to help....ended up going to Case in Piccadilly who provided an outstanding service.

My samsonite luggage handle came off during my last trip. I went to the shop. Ola looked at it and found the problem in 5 min. She gave me a quick fix and explained me how to order a new handle in case it happens again. Best customer support I received this year so far.
