We have recently had an Weinor Awning fitted, the whole process has been seamless. As a bonus when the Engineer/Fitter was out on site installing , a set of brackets we had paid for were not required, he was transparent and assured us this would be refunded. I would not have noticed had he not raised, credit it where its due. Less than a week later the £500 returned.

Kerry was the star of the team though, when it was looking like the product I'd initially ordered wouldn't fit, she worked through the various options and came up with the perfect solution. Very satisfied with the service and highly recommend.

I was worried about the process as I didn’t know anything about awnings or pergolas, but the staff at Samson really put me at ease and talked me through everything. We looked at all the options that were available and that fitted my specifications. I now have a beautiful pergola with vertical drop down valance ready for the summer. From using the online form to installation, it was a smooth and hassle free transaction. The awning did take a little while but they are bespoke! The awning selection is really impressive, not at all what i had in mind (old fashioned) with so many options but my salesperson and surveyor were really helpful and guided me to match my colours to my brickwork and colour scheme!

My wife dealt with this company. They offered up a quote for a conservatory type construction by email. When she tried to pursue the matter to ask for a survey the company insisted she accept the quote offer by signing and paying before any sort of survey be done. Needless to say, we will look elsewhere for our needs!
