I had a peircing a couple months or so ago, the fixed ball not the screw ball, had some how broken off, thus losing the bar out of my nipple. I called around three minutes before turning up to samsara for a replacement bar, and then was left at the door buzzing the bell and then being pushed out of the way when trying to enter after someone left. A member of staff eventually came to the door a few minutes later to tell me to come back later. I can only book an appointment for a piercing, I don't want a piercing right now, just the bar replaced which has broken. Really terrible custom service, if you don't allow passing customers (and I called ahead) get off the high street.
