This company supplied and installed fencing and gates on two separate locations on my business premises in Crews Hill In Enfield. I used them once and was so happy with the job I had them return to do a second area. I could not fault their workmanship, the process from start to finish was simple and the pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. This company did not even get off first base. I called for a quote on work to an existing fence I needed doing, they requested I email photos , a description of work and measurement for the fence, which I did on the same day. A week later no response from the company so I called and they acknowledged they had received my details but was waiting for pricing on material. 2 weeks later , no quote, email or call so I called the company again and they confirmed they are dealing with it and I should get my quote within a few days. 3 1/2 weeks on, no quote, call or email from this company. If this is the level of services this company offers if just asked to provide a quote, what level of service would one expect if engaged on a contract??
