I phoned several jewellers to have my ring valued at the request of my insurance company but all of them required sending it away (this ranged from 10 days to 4 weeks). I was reluctant to do this so decided to search for someone who would do this on site. I found Sammantha Maclachlan online and after reading all of the positive reviews I made an appointment for a week later. I visited Sammantha at her office and she was able to value my ring at her office without sending it away. Samantha was knowledgeable, professional and gave a detailed evaluation of my ring. She also gave my ring a clean. I received a detailed report and valuation the next day via email. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sammantha for on-site jewellery valuations.
