I'm deeply disappointed in working with these florists. I'd worked with them twice. The first time everything went ok, but the second time was a complete failure. I ordered and paid in advance for a bright bouquet for a creative person with delivery in the morning. In fact, they made a faded small bouquet (for £250!), I asked them to add color and make it looks better. But only in the evening they found time to redo it and send a photo. The new bouquet was worser then the first, it looked like a child had collected it, using all the flowers from the flower bed. I asked for a redo, but they refused to do it, even the budget increase did not convince them to save the situation and fulfill their obligations. Naturally, I canceled the delivery because I couldn't let the creative recipient get a terrible bouquet for birthday... I asked for a refund, but got rudely denial again, they did not consider to make even partly refund. Photos of the first and second bouquets are attached. It's really not worth 250 GBP! Therefore, I refused further cooperation with these florists. Luckily, I found other professionals who deliver our orders regularly in London.

I ordered flowers from Beaucoup to send to my girlfriend for her birthday as I was living abroad. Literally blew my expectations!! She loved the flowers so much, and her friends also said it was one of the most beautiful flowers they ever saw/got from a florist in London. I chatted with the owner to coordinate the flowers including the delivery method (her address was outside their delivery area but she was able to find a courier to deliver by car). Highly recommend!! Thanks again Beaucoup team!

Highly recommended service! Customer service is excellent, they go above and beyond (I’m quite picky!). Very convenient same day flowers delivery, although I prefer to order in advance as I like it to be delivered earlier in the day. I make regular orders on behalf of my company as client gifts, new baby and wedding flowers for associates&partners and this service is truly superb. Price typical for luxury London florists, but at least you know it will be beautiful, delivered and in one piece. Since we started ordering with them, clients/staff are sending back thank you emails with pics attached for the first time, which makes me worried about orders from previous companies we used... so glad I found them! My new favourite London flowers

The best flowers delivery in london!!! i’ve never seen more beautiful flowers. Their bouquets are so unique and very luxury looking, flowers used are never cheap, they don’t use fillers, just pure highest quality blooms. Bouquets last for over two weeks (they add little flower food) if you trim stems and change water regularly. Definitely the best florist in london and very convenient delivery to chelsea and mayfair🖤
