Not very helpful I called as I was struggling atm the bloke that answered didn't give me a warm welcome he wasn't very polite and concidering they are supposed to help he just told me to deal with it and grow up I was gobsmacked i will never call again and would never recommend anyone else to in fact I have found something better they are called SHOUT and ate a text service that does what this lot is supposed to
