I recently went to Samantha for my biennial eye exam. The whole process from booking the appointment to the examination was extremely professionally handled. I needed new glasses and as last time she had a great array of styles and her staff provided great advice on what style suited me. Samantha is knowledgeable, kind, thorough and takes a genuine interest in your well-being. Similarly, the wider team are welcoming and organised, making arranging appointments and co-ordinating delivery of lenses easy. Similarly, the clinic itself is comfortable and contemporary; Sam has invested heavily in equipment to assess your vision in much greater depth than you might experience elsewhere.

The specialised adjustment and fitting of this prop was carried out by Jessica Chandler promptly and efficiently. Both at time of fitting and subsequent visits for adjustment. If I could give ten stars to this place I would!!! Absolutely brilliant I suffer with adult ADHD and anxiety quite badly so going into certain situations can be be quite challenging for me, but as soon as I entered the shop I was treated with nothing but kindness and care and made to feel very comfortable. The staff were very professional and thorough and explained every thing to me and could not do enough to help me I would like to say a massive thank you to Sam and all her staff for their help, kindness and expertise and I cannot recommend this optometrists highly enough, THANK YOU SO MUCH

I have recently undertaken my second round of visits to Samantha and her team for a very thorough extended eye examination and the provision of new glasses, following a change to my prescription. As for my previous visit two years ago the service was outstanding. There is a very professional sense of 'SHO identity' shown by all members of staff. This is characterised by a family feeling manifest through concern for and interest in their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend SHO to anyone.
