I play a lot of cricket and hockey and work at a desk all day, so I decided to see Sam due to a sore lower back. Sam adjusted my back, she was really friendly and explained everything before she did anything so I felt relaxed. Afterwards I felt like new, I really noticed the difference in my neck which I hadn't realised was so tight beforehand. Highly recommend.

Sam is a great Osteopath. I booked my first appointment with her 5 weeks ago. I suffered from bad neck pain and lower back pain due to my office work. After the first session i felt a bit sore but I was told this would be expected... A week later I felt like a new person! I cant thank Sam enough! I am now going to start booking maintenance sessions once a month to avoid my pain from coming. Definitely should try!
