HORRIBLE AND MASSIVE LOSS OF MONEY I bought a bike here and it's been the start of a nightmare. Even though I told him I needed a bike I could trust for commuting from home to work I ended up passing to his shop for fixes at least twice a week for more than a month. Had to change the sit twice, the chainring was more than just deformed and used and not even properly tighten, with that and more unscrewed things I could have fallen in the middle of the traffic and he put the blame on me. I ended up paying 180£ for completely repairing it myself after the second chain-break because he sent me to buy the chain myself if I wanted it to be fixed. Horrible experience and massive loss of money.

Charged me £10 to pump my tyre up, said he couldn't fix it and to go to a bike shop. Don't be fooled by the 'cute old man' shtick- he'll do work you didn't ask for and then overcharge you.
