This order from sams chicken was absolutely disgusting… every part of the order was stone cold… it happened a few weeks ago! but I thought I would give the place the benefit of the doubt. But no same result I phoned restaurant stating the food was horrendously cold, I paid for delivery and they wasn’t even offering to compensate me on a fresh delivery only for me to go all the way to the restaurant and get it after paying for delivery. Will never order from this place again and for anyone reading the reviews! Give it a wide birthday stay away.

Burger was ok, but they forgot to include half of the order and when we phoned they simply told us we would get free fries next time we ordered. The fries we did get were cold and tasted like they had only been warmed up in a microwave. Maybe it was just an off day since a lot of reviews say they are great. Will try again soon in order to give a more balanced review.

I reccomend in general this fast food. Food is very good and service time is very short. however I did have few times chicken that you could feel it's been there whole day as my pick up time is alsways late pm Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options on their menu which is a big plus

Don't bother if you're a walk-in customer all they care about are Uber orders and the like. I stood there for a full ten minutes and wasn't even acknowledged, I was there to place an order. Ended up leaving without anything. I don't mind waiting for food at busy times but to not even notice I was there goes a bit too far in my view. They need to sort out where all these delivery drivers stand so walk-in customers get noticed.

absolutely disgraceful and disappointed about the size of chicken tenders we had delivered last night... literally before new year we had Sams chicken tenders that were a decent size of meat each one, now it looks like there's a massive cut back on meat and the charge you same money for fraction of what you'd get a month ago, mind you it looked more like rat tenders and not a chicken.... Sams, you've just lost another customer... never again...
