I am of an age where arthritis is an inevitable part of my everyday life the main area concentrated in my hands. I have also recently developed inflammation in the tendons around my wrist causing me a great deal of discomfort. After consultations with Sam, she has been very successful in creating a soothing and beneficial balm which I apply to the areas morning and night bringing me considerable relief from discomfort enabling me to continue with relatively normal day to day activities. Sam and her aromatherapy expertise has been a Godsend and I highly recommend.

I visit Sam regularly for sports massages, and the service is fantastic! She is incredibly friendly and attentive, listens and adapts the massage therapy to my needs, and has been the first therapist that has actually been able to help me with my tight neck, back and shoulder issues. I noticed improvements in my posture and the number of knots in my muscles from the first session. I also love the integration of aromatherapy, both in my massage oils and for other uses, such as my home diffuser. Sam works really hard to find the right oils to suit your needs, your mood and your overall health. The use of aromatherapy has played a great part in helping to improve my physical and mental health, alongside my massage therapy. It has also been really interesting to learn about generally, and I have been able to start applying this knowledge to my everyday life for a more relaxing and healthier lifestyle.

I have been getting a sports massage from Sam for the last 3-4 years, monthly sometimes more, and I can’t recommend her enough! I have had bad experiences in the past with other therapists with the massage either being too painful or too light. Sam applies the right amount of pressure and works deeper if required once the muscles have warmed slightly.
