Absolutely appalling customer service. My family and I took time off work. Nobody was on the shop floor, when I saw the staff in the staff area I asked is there anyone that is available to help. Got a reply saying we are on our break so come back later. CLOSE THE SHOP IF YOU ARE ALL ON YOUR BREAK TOGETHER so customers aren't inconvenienced. Never seen anything so rude. Will never go back and tell all my family & friends never to go either!!!

Sams carpets were helpful, and arranged fitting of a laminate floor, the fitters turned up on time, and the floor looks fantastic, however they left marks all over my newly painted hallway walls and just shrugged it off when confronted. They also left my flat in a mess which I had to clean up. I also can't open one of my doors, as one area has been laid quite high.

Excellent value. Ordered on Monday fitted Saturday. Even though carpet I ordered was in transit Cash kept updating me by phone. The fitters were on time, very polite & made a superb job of fitting. I will be returning after Xmas to purchase for another room. Recommended & arranged by my daughter. Now I will be recommending to others.

Product is great but customer service was rubbish! Everyone just sits on the computers until you make conversation with them, no communication. Not clear on what's going on at all and mumbling when speaking. No help to carry a large roll of lino out of the warehouse. Instead I was left to drag it across the floor. Only would've taken 20 seconds if help was given. Staff couldn't care less.
